9. Pickup

Cask & Flask reserves the right to refuse the release of alcoholic products if the customer cannot verify legal drinking age.

10. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Due to the nature of alcoholic beverages and collectible items, returns or exchanges are accepted only in limited circumstances.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds may be considered if:

If an item appears broken, leaking, damaged, or otherwise compromised, please notify the delivery representative immediately and contact Cask & Flask with supporting photographs.

Once the order has been accepted and delivery completed, Cask & Flask may not be responsible for damage occurring afterwards.
